Hi purples!!
Here is my weekly “pearl of wisdom”!! There are a lot of things that hold us back in life. Five years ago I would never have wanted to do so many of the things that I enjoy now, simply because I was so big that I didn’t want to go out in public. I avoided public or socials events whenever I could. Now I look forward to them so very much and although I didn’t admit it back then, even to myself most of the time, now I am consciously reminded on a daily basis just how much my weight held me back. We all have things that hold us back. It may be something other than weight, such as shyness or a really big one…..fear! What is holding you back? One of the things that I have learnt over the course of my journey is that whatever it is, if we keep working on it, we can definitely overcome it!!
