Happy Sunday to all my awesome followers and supporters!

I know it has been a while since you have seen a blog post from me.  I trust you haven’t missed me too much!  Hopefully the message that I am trying to get across in this blog will make up for the lack of wordiness from me of late.  Anyway, to the topic of my blog post tonight!

As busy parents or business owners and quite often both, I am sure you will all agree with me that it is very important to take care of our health.  The problem is, a lot of the time we are all so busy doing the urgent stuff, that we don’t take the time out to do the important stuff.  Time is quite often an issue, and most parents tend to put everyone else’s needs before their own.  This comes from a good place, but a lot of the time it is detrimental to our health and that impacts not only ourselves, but eventually it will impact on our family.  This is something that I personally know first hand, because that was me for so many years.  The VERY best thing I EVER did, was start to take time out for my health which has created such a better life not only for myself, but for my family as well!

This topic is so important to me that I felt it would be an awesome idea to interview some busy parents/business owners that I know to get their view on the topic.  Below is the link to the first one where I interviewed the amazing and beautiful Beth Elaine Haynes about this topic with the added element of how her spirituality has helped her along the way.  Beth has an inspiring story and has overcome so many obstacles from when she was a small child and all throughout her adult life.  It just goes to show that when you find your “Why Power”, anything is possible!
